The teachers at Dalton are dedicated to providing quality education for our students who participate in many wonderful programs that help them become successful learners. We are working hard to improve the reading levels of our students.
Student Arrival & Dismissal
Arrival time for students is no earlier than 8:00. Breakfast is served from 8:00 - 8:25, and classes begin promptly at 8:30. Please make every effort to make sure your child comes to school on time every day, otherwise he/she will be missing out on valuable class time.
Students are dismissed at 3:25. Bus riders are dismissed first, then car riders, and then walkers. Students cannot be checked out after 2:45. Please help us make our afternoon dismissals go smoothly by cooperating with this policy.
On early dismissal days students are dismissed at 12:45 or 1:25 in the same order as regular dismissal days.
